Description
Self-healing on a doctor’s prescription is about inspiration, awareness, health and well-being. What is a holistic lifestyle and what can you do with it? Holistic means seeing yourself as one whole: body, person and soul, where connection is the starting point. Take good care of nature, animals and the people around you and you take good care of yourself. The both/and approach fits in here – regular and complementary; diversity and unity; person and soul. The book is therefore also both practical and esoteric, there is a synthesis between regular and spiritual, which do not exclude each other, but rather complement each other.
This book also discusses the current crisis in the world and how you can deal with it with inspiration and without fear. It uses the most recent scientific insights as well as the wisdom of ancient holistic traditions.
The book gives the reader access to universal medical wisdom from East and West, as well as exercises and tools to apply and experience them yourself: self-healing on a doctor’s prescription. Complaints and disorders are approached from both the regular and the energetic, which means that there is a connection between the general practitioner’s standard and the chakra and aura system. This mainly concerns one’s own experience in developing a higher consciousness. Not just from the head, but experienced with heart and soul. Real wisdom is being able to see and feel clearly, which is slightly different from knowledge alone.
